INGREDIENTS


Instructions:

 

The Salad Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the microgreens, baby spinach (if using), cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Add Extras

Gently fold in the avocado, cheese, and seeds or nuts for texture and richness.

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, honey (if using), salt, and pepper.

Toss & Serve

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine.

Garnish (Optional)

Add a few extra microgreens on top for presentation and an extra splash of color.

Serving Suggestions:

As a light lunch or dinner salad

Topped on a vegetable crust pizza

Served alongside grilled fish or chicken

Added to a wrap or sandwich
